Digital Products: All Sales Final
Roadmap-To-Learn provides digital courses, downloadable materials, and online learning content. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and nonrefundable. Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
Limited Exceptions
A refund may be granted only in the following cases:
– Duplicate Purchase: You purchased the same product more than once by accident.
– Technical Access Issues: A technical problem prevents access and the support team cannot resolve it.
– Access Not Delivered: Your course or product access was never provided after successful payment.
Refunds Not Provided For
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Change of mind
– Not using or completing the course
– Not achieving desired results
– “I didn’t like the content”
– Course already accessed or downloaded
– Internet or device issues on the user’s side
4EU/UK Digital Product Notice
If located in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. By purchasing from RoadmapToLearn, you agree that access is provided immediately, waiving the right to this withdrawal period.
How to Request a Refund

– Email used during purchase
– Order ID or receipt
– Explanation of issue
– Evidence (screenshots/video if applicable)
Responses typically occur within 3–7 business days.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds:
– Are issued to the original payment method
– May take 5–10 business days to process
Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks after accessing digital content will be contested. Evidence such as login timestamps, IP logs, and access history may be provided.
